Our Queensland Client Services team is seeking to hire additional Administrators to join our Brisbane operations.

We're looking for an organised, reliable and motivated person who enjoys working as part of a team. This opportunity could suit an experienced administrator looking for their next role, or someone earlier in their career who has the right attitude and wants to develop their skills within an established Australian business.

About the Role

Working closely with our delivery teams, you will help support the efficient day-to-day operation of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administration, data entry and document management
  • Processing and checking timesheets
  • Processing incoming invoices and resolving discrepancies
  • Raising and adjusting purchase orders
  • Assisting with job costing and basic financial administration
  • Maintaining project and purchasing records
  • Assisting delivery teams with labour and material reporting
  • Responding to internal, customer and supplier enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records, registers and filing systems
  • Assisting with general office administration and correspondence
  • Providing administrative support to managers and the wider team

The role provides exposure to a broad range of business activities and is an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience across administration, finance, projects and service operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
  • Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Communicates confidently and professionally
  • Is comfortable working with numbers, systems and documentation
  • Has sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Is willing to learn new systems and processes
  • Works well as part of a team and is happy to help where needed
  • Demonstrates reliability, accountability and a positive approach to work

Previous administration experience, a Certificate III in Business Administration or experience with accounting or ERP systems would be well regarded, but we're also interested in hearing from candidates at the beginning of their administration career who demonstrate the right aptitude and willingness to learn.
