Stowe Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Brisbane CBD Team, based at our Paddington office.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business.

You'll oversee projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the high standards our customers expect.

Working closely with our Operations Managers, supervisors and field teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining long-term customer partnerships while contributing to the continued growth of our Brisbane CBD business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and variation proposals.
• Manage electrical and communications projects from award through to completion.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability and forecasts.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Provide regular communication and reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Stowe Australia's capabilities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager or Supervisor within the electrical contracting industry.
• A current Queensland Electrical Licence.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to quality, professionalism and safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be highly regarded:

• Commercial electrical contracting
• Service and maintenance operations
• Minor works and fit-outs
• Communications and data infrastructure
• Government or healthcare projects

Qualifications & Licences

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence
• Current Queensland Driver Licence
• Construction Industry White Card
• CPR and Low Voltage Rescue
• Cabling Licence (desirable)
