About the Role Stowe Australia is seeking interest from a highly motivated, experienced Administration Officer to be part of our Perth Team. The “ideal” candidate will bring with them experience in administration and will be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Duties Reporting to the Business Management Team, and providing high-level administrative support across the Construction Division and Branch Operations, the primary responsibilities for this position include (but not limited to): - Payroll / Timesheet Processing
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Managing the Supplier Inbox and Processing of Supplier Invoices
- Updating and Reconciling of Project Spreadsheets
- Mobilisation & Onboarding of New Employees
- General administrative tasks
Skills & Experience - Demonstrated experience in previous high‑level administrative or executive support roles, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, self‑directed approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency across office systems, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, email and online tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be a Team Player willing to accept responsibility.
