About the Role Stowe Australia are seeking a highly motivated Individual to join our team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects in the construction division in Melbourne.
Our Construction and Projects Departments undertake the electrical services on Medium to Large Scale Projects and as such require a small but dedicated team to provide administrative support to the management team. The Successful Candidate will be a team player who is outcome focused with a strong sense of responsibility, a desire to grow, and take ownership of the role. Key Responsibilities - Organising employee training
- Creating and processing of Purchase Orders
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Data entry
- Ordering & taking stock of Staff Uniform
- Job Reporting and reconciliation
- General administrative support and office duties
Quality & Skills Required To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Excellent Communication Skills
- An intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work Independently and as part of a Team
- Reliable and Punctual Attendance
