Project Coordinator Role Due to a large workbook and significant business growth, Stowe Australia one of Australia’s largest Electrical & Communications Contractors, is seeking experienced Project Coordinators to join our Construction team. This role is responsible for supporting Project Managers and our onsite Site Management teams. Applicants have the opportunity to, over time, grow and develop into Project Managers if this is a career aspiration. Key Responsibilities - Management of design and drafting processes - note this is management of this process, and not completion of design and drafting directly
- Management of procurement, and major supplier and subcontractor orders
- Management of variation pricing
- Management of sample submissions and client RFIs
- Ensure all works comply with HSEQ systems and client requirements
- Work closely with clients, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
About You - Construction experience, this may be :
- as an a-grade electrician onsite with a desire to take the next steps in your career.
- experience working in service coordination roles for managing contractors or builders.
- having completed a construction management, project management degree or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and driven in fast paced environments.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Job management systems, Simpro, Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC).
- Unrestricted A grade Electrical Licence. (optional)
- Communications/fibre Licence. (optional)
