About the role....

 

Our Wollongong office requires a full-time Payroll Officer/Administrator to work with our Client Service & Project Management teams. Your tasks will include the collating and processing of Payroll, accounts, and other administrative tasks.

 

This opportunity would suit an organised and enthusiastic individual with a high level of competency in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel. More specifically, your duties will include:

 

  • Payroll processes
  • Performing accounts and invoicing functions
  • Liaising with clients & suppliers
  • General administrative support and office duties
  • Quality and Safety documentation

Skills and experience

Essential:

 

  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a payroll or admin support role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Pronto & SimPro experience would be advantageous
