Project Manager Role 

Due to a large workbook and significant business growth, Stowe Australia one of Australia’s largest Electrical & Communications Contractors, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Construction team.

This role is responsible for managing large construction teams and projects in the Melbourne area. 

Key Responsibilities

• Management of design and drafting processes - note this is management of this process, and not completion of design and drafting directly
• Management of procurement, and major supplier and subcontractor orders
• Management of variation pricing and financial KPIs and outcomes 
• Management of onsite office management team, and frontline construction teams 
• Ensure all works comply with HSEQ systems and client requirements
• Work closely with clients, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors 

About You

• Large Commercial Electrical and Communication Project Management experience 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Organised, self-motivated and driven in fast paced environments
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Job management systems, Simpro, Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC)
• Unrestricted A grade Electrical Licence (optional)
• Communications/fibre Licence (optional)
