An exciting opportunity currently exists for a full time experienced Site Administrator on our major projects. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Collation of Timesheets / Labour Control / Weekly Hours
- Aconex or Project Centre downloads and distribution
- Drawing register control
- RFI register and control
- Correspondence and Project Document register control
- Filing, various (ITP’s, SWMS, purchases, Subcontractor information)
- Ensure quality control of all office systems
- Project team assistance not only limited to leading hands, foreman, supervisors, and project managers.
- Maintain Project Logs
- Manage Purchase Orders and Invoice Logs
- Maintain employee registers for the site
- Input data for production controls
- Collection of data sheets and assembly of Project Manuals for As Built Documentation
- Recoding of Meeting Minutes
- Liaise with Client Administrators and Suppliers
The successful candidate will require an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge in MS office and advanced data entry speed and accuracy. Experience in AutoCAD as well as experience in the electrical/construction industry would be highly regarded. A remuneration package will be discussed with the successful candidate. The role is typically based on our construction sites with some work from our Eight Mile Plains Office. Currently the sites are based on the south side of Brisbane and Northern Gold Coast Region however is subject to where the project sites are located.
