Stowe Australia, one of Australia’s largest Electrical & Communications Contractors, is seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This role is responsible for managing repeat service customers and facilities contracts, while also supporting the development of new client relationships. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent, safe and high-quality service delivery across electrical and communications works. Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of facilities management and repeat service clients
- Act as the primary client contact, maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate reactive, planned and minor works service delivery
- Develop and manage service quotations, variations and approvals
- Manage & deliver client-based project works.
- Monitor service performance, labour utilisation and financial outcomes
- Ensure all works comply with HSEQ systems and client requirements
- Identify and support new client and growth opportunities within the service portfolio
- Work closely with service supervisors, technicians and subcontractors
About You - Experience in facilities management, service delivery or account management within the electrical or communications industry
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of service-based contracts, KPIs and cost control
- Organised, commercially focused and customer-driven
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Job management systems, Simpro, Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC)
- Unrestricted A grade Electrical Licence
- Communications/fibre Licence
- Current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia
